What the punters say:

"Belated thanks for a great day out last weekend. We all had a great time and I have told lots of people about the day out. I had freshly gathered seaweed and herbage salad on the sat night, and now have several jars of pink, bright green and brown seaweed to use. I also made my nettle cordial which is steeping nicely." Sarah C

"I certainly did enjoy the intro to foraging. My big bag of wild garlic leaves is now 5 jars of lovely wild garlic and walnut pesto! " Malcolm F
